Julian Kerr

Julian Kerr is a professional musician who has played piano, bass, and guitar for over 30 years. Julian has played with such notables as the Original Caste (One Tin Soldier & Mr. Monday – gold record hits) also with Gay Delorme, Bo Diddley, as well as several Calgary bands. Veteran of many recording sessions with various artists, Julian is grateful for the knowledge and experience gained from playing with so many talented musicians. Julian’s been teaching for more than 10 years; and his students enjoy developing their skills with his gentle humor and support. Julian teaches on Mondays & Wednesdays.

Anne Loree has been a professional singer songwriter on the calgary scene since the mid eighties. Her song “Insensitive” was a big hit for Jann Arden and earned her a Juno nomination in 1998. Since then Anne has enjoyed writing and recording her own albums and performing her music across Canada. Anne is also an accomplished  pianist, having studied classical for many years through Toronto and Western Conservatories as well as popular and Jazz at Humber College in Toronto. Anne’s been teaching for the last 5 years and offers not only two distinctive styles on the piano, she also teaches beginner acoustic guitar and songwriting skills on both instruments. She enjoys helping kids and adults of all ages find their inner musician through exploration and creativity. And not to mention…FUN! Anne teaches on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
